From today, you can automatically send guest messages for Airbnb and Booking.com bookings freeing up your time while still giving guests a great experience. You can set it up now yourself or learn more in our knowledge base which includes a video overview.

What's included?

You’ll now see a new icon inside of your existing messaging area. From there, you’ll get access to five smart message templates:

• Booking confirmation

• Pre-check-in

• Post-check-in

• Checkout

• Follow-up thanks

Each one is built to help you cover the essentials but they’re fully editable, so you can tailor them to the tone, details and personality of your property. Multiple properties? Each one has its own unique set of templates.

We’ve taken care of the first step

To get you up and running fast, the booking confirmation template is enabled by default. That means from now on, every time a booking comes in via Airbnb or Booking.com, your guest will automatically receive a confirmation message. No action needed from you.

The other four templates are available for you to customise and switch on whenever you’re ready. You can tweak the content, adjust the timing, and even add attachments like welcome guides, rules, or local tips.

Smart defaults, flexible control

Not sure where to start? We’ve written suggested message content and sending times for each template based on best practices from across our host community. Think of them as a smart starting point that you can shape to suit your own setup.

Want to send your pre-check-in message 24 hours earlier? No problem. Prefer a more relaxed tone for your thank-you note? Go for it. You’re in control.
