How do I use the calendar?

Here’s how you can make the most of the new calendar feature on your mobile device:

1. Download the app: You can find and download the Travelnest app on the App Store (for iOS and iPadOS users) or Google Play store (for Android users).

2. Access the calendar: Log in to your Travelnest account on the mobile app and navigate to the ‘Calendar’ tab. If you have multiple properties, you’ll see a list of all your properties. Select the property you want to view to see its calendar.

3. View booking details: Tap on any booking in the calendar to view detailed information. This includes guest names, stay duration, check-in and check-out times, number of guests, payment information, and options to contact the guest.

4. Manage your schedule: Use the calendar to identify gaps in your schedule and manage your bookings efficiently. Although syncing with other platforms and blocking dates can currently be done only through the web app, we are working to add these features to the mobile app soon.

Future updates

We are continuously working to enhance the Travelnest mobile app. In the near future, we plan to introduce the ability block dates and update pricing directly from the mobile app.
