As the demand for UK staycation breaks continues, larger holiday properties that can accommodate extended family and groups of friends are becoming harder to find. We've selected some of our best larger holiday homes, book now before they go!

Guests can enjoy the tranquil setting and take in the scenery whilst out walking around the estate. Perthshire is the ideal base if you’re looking to explore Scotland and is located only a short distance away from both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Rossie Ochil House can accommodate 12 guests – if you book the additional annexe there’s room for 16. The main house offers a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom complete with free-standing bath and separate shower plus a further 5 ensuite bedrooms. The living space is perfect for larger groups, with a fabulous formal dining room ideal for parties and entertaining, two spacious lounges with TV/DVD, WiFi and iPod dock and an open fire. Green Craig House, Aberlady, East Lothian
Sleeping 12 guests in total luxury and comfort, Green Craig House dates from the 1920s. It occupies an idyllic and very private position on Scotland’s famous Golf Coast and the beautiful beaches of East Lothian.
The house boasts many wonderful features, including a fabulous reception hall and grand dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room plus six gorgeous double bedrooms (all are ensuite). This charming 300 year old barn conversion is located in Rodney Stoke, at the foot of the Somerset Mendip Hills. With its 11th Century church and pub serving great food, the village has seen little change over the years.
