We take a 5% fee only when you get bookings. Just one more booking than you’re getting now is usually enough to cover it*, the rest is yours. And most hosts earn far more once their expert gets to work.

We know it’s possible to list directly on Airbnb for 3% and pass the remaining 12% channel fee to the guest, but that can hurt your conversion rate.
