The living space is perfect for larger groups, with a fabulous formal dining room ideal for parties and entertaining, two spacious lounges with TV/DVD, WiFi and iPod dock and an open fire. There is also a games room with snooker table and CD player and a lovely patio area at the back complete with hot tub.
