Add attachments to your guest messages

We're thrilled to announce a game-changing feature for guest messages. You can now add attachments for Airbnb guest messages directly from within Travelnest.
Why attachments?
One of the best ways to enhance the guest experience is through seamless, efficient communication. With this new feature, hosts can now send various types of files directly through our platform. Whether you want to send a detailed local guidebook, check-in instructions, or even discount coupons for nearby attractions, sharing information just got a whole lot easier.
How it works
For now, this feature is exclusively available for Airbnb messages with Booking.com coming soon. This ensures that you can reach the majority of your guests with enriched content that will make their stay memorable. To get started, simply log in to your Travelnest account and navigate to your messages. There, you will see a + button to attach files while composing your message.
Immediate availability
There's no need to wait! This feature is immediately available to all Travelnest users for Airbnb guest messages. Just another perk of being a part of our growing community and helping you to streamline your vacation rental management.
